Terms of Service
The plain English version: Use DueDoo for its intended purpose — managing your life admin. Don't abuse it. We'll provide you with a reliable service. If something isn't working, tell us and we'll fix it. If you're unhappy, we'll refund you within 30 days. Simple.
1. Accepting These Terms
By using DueDoo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use DueDoo. These terms apply to duedoo.com and app.duedoo.com.
2. What DueDoo Is
DueDoo is a personal life admin assistant. We help you track, organize, and manage tasks, deadlines, renewals, and responsibilities across the areas of your life. DueDoo provides reminders, organization, and AI-powered assistance — but we are not a legal, financial, medical, or professional service. For important legal, financial, or medical decisions, please consult a qualified professional.
DueDoo is a tool that helps you stay organized. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, late fees, or other consequences that arise from tasks you have not added to DueDoo or from choosing not to act on our reminders.
3. Your Account
You must be 18 or older to use DueDoo. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately at support@duedoo.com.
You may only have one DueDoo account. You may not share your account with others unless you're on a family or business plan that explicitly allows this.
4. Subscription and Payment
DueDoo is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We'll email you a reminder before each renewal.
- Full Pile Personal: $29/month
- Business DueDoo: $99/month
- Business Pro: $199/month
Prices may change. We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase, and it will only apply at your next renewal date.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account settings. No forms, no phone calls, no guilt trips.
If you cancel, you keep access to DueDoo until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period — except under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied with DueDoo for any reason within your first 30 days, email us at support@duedoo.com and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
6. Your Content
Everything you add to DueDoo — your tasks, documents, notes — belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over your content.
You give us permission to store and process your content in order to provide the DueDoo service. We use your content only to run DueDoo for you — never for advertising, never for training AI models without your explicit consent, never for any other purpose.
You can export or delete your content at any time from your account settings.
7. Acceptable Use
Use DueDoo for its intended purpose. Please don't:
- Use DueDoo for anything illegal or harmful
- Try to reverse-engineer or copy our software
- Use automated tools to access DueDoo at scale without permission
- Share your account credentials with others (outside of family/business plans)
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
If you violate these terms we may suspend or terminate your account. We'll give you notice first where possible.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep DueDoo available 99.9% of the time. Occasionally we need to perform maintenance or deal with unexpected issues. We'll give you advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
DueDoo is provided "as is." We do our best to make it reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueDoo's liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of DueDoo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed deadlines, late fees, or other consequences arising from your use of or inability to use DueDoo.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of DueDoo after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
